2. Location Information
Location information refers to information about your location collected when you enable the device positioning function and use location-based services (such as obtaining weather information for your current location), mainly including:
When you enable the device positioning function and use related products or services, we may use GPS, WiFi, base station positioning, or other technical methods to collect and process information about your actual location. Location trajectory, precise positioning, coarse positioning, and background positioning (requiring separate user authorization for Android 10 and above) are personal sensitive information. Except where required by specific product or service functions, our products or services will not collect such personal sensitive information.
Real-time information containing your or other users' geographic location that you or other users provide. This includes shared information uploaded by you or others showing your current or past geographic location, and geotag information contained in photos shared by you or others. If you do not wish to be accessed, you may choose to disable the relevant functions in your device or products and services, but this may affect our ability to provide relevant services to you.
3. Log Information
For service security purposes, when you use our products and services, the system may automatically collect certain information through cookies or other methods and store it in server logs. Such information may include:
Detailed usage of our products and services, which may include the web search terms you use, the page addresses you visit, and details of other information and content you browse or request while using the services; device or software information, in addition to the device information described above, we may collect the version number of the software you use and browser type. To ensure the security of your operating environment or as required for service provision, we will collect information about the mobile applications and other software you use. Chapter 2: How Do We Collect Information?
1. We collect your information through your voluntary submission and through corresponding records generated during your use of our services.
2. We may collect and use your information through preference settings and other related technologies. Preference settings help us remember and identify you as our user. We will use the collected information on user searches, browsing, usage habits, etc., for personalized preference analysis, analyzing your use of our services, so as to provide you with more thoughtful personalized service push notifications (if you do not wish to use our personalized preference services, you may disable them in the authorization settings).
3. In order to properly display various information in the My Desktop widgets, including time, battery level, steps, weather, etc., we will collect your relevant device information. On the premise of your consent, the application will collect this information each time it starts. This information may include:
(1) Device attributes and device signals: mobile phone model, screen size, screen resolution, battery level, system version, available storage space, network type, application and file names and types, device geographic location, current application version number, network status of your device, Bluetooth status, WIFI access point information, WIFI scan results, device sensors (gyroscope, accelerometer, gravity, linear acceleration), clipboard;
(2) Device serial number and other device identifiers: including International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Advertising Identifier (IDFA), Android ID and other device serial numbers, network device hardware address (MAC), unique identifiers, network device hardware addresses, etc.;
4. To assist in software research and development, designing new products and services, improving and enhancing existing software products and services, and optimizing user experience: we will conduct data analysis through your software information, common device information (such as your device model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier, device geographic location, storage space, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), network device hardware address (MAC), WIFI scan results, Advertising Identifier (IDFA), etc.), device connection information (browser type, telecom carrier, network environment, language used), as well as device status information, document information, log information, and cloud service usage, to understand the usage and adaptation of software products and services, and provide data support for the research and development of new products and services, and the improvement of existing functions and services.
5. We collect the installation list to determine whether it is necessary to invoke the app's component selection page. We obtain MAC addresses to more authentically restore crash scenarios, provide data analysis services such as sharing attribution, so as to share messages with target devices and designated social accounts, provide anti-fraud services, and collect data such as gateway number retrieval error logs to provide statistical analysis service capabilities.
6. We will, when necessary, request you to enable the application auto-start or associated startup permission, ① To ensure that widgets with time display functionality can refresh the time in a timely manner, we need the application to auto-start, otherwise the time will not be refreshed promptly. ② To allow you to experience the APP message offline reminder function (such as the Bestie Interaction widget, which can promptly receive text messages sent by friends, so that the latest messages sent by friends can be displayed on the Bestie widget on the phone desktop in a timely manner). ③ When using "Shortcut" type widgets or other widgets with shortcut jump functions, users can choose to view downloaded applications and select an application, and perform associated startup and jump through the corresponding widget. ④ For certain system and panel-related widgets, we will set prominent function icons such as: WiFi, Bluetooth, battery level, etc., to facilitate users in jumping to the corresponding system settings through the widget association. Users may choose whether to use such widgets. After you agree to this Privacy Policy, the APP will, when necessary, enable the auto-start or associated startup function. You can disable this in System Settings -> App Settings -> iScreen -> Auto-start.
7. Access to Apple Music and Media Library. To enable the "Music Player" widget within the app, we require your authorization to access Apple Music, your music and video activity data, as well as your media library. This allows us to retrieve the currently playing track from Apple Music and display it in the app and widgets.
If you decline this permission, you will be unable to use this specific feature, yet all other functions of the app will remain unaffected.
8. Other Scenarios. For other scenarios where collected information may need to be used, if the usage scenario has no reasonable correlation with the original scenario, we will re-obtain your consent before using the information.
Chapter 3: How Do We Use the Collected Information?
To provide you with higher quality, more convenient, and more secure services, and strictly in compliance with laws and regulations and our agreements with users, we will use the collected information for the following purposes:
1. To meet your needs: for example, ① location setting assistance services; reading the mobile phone identification code to obtain device information as a user-related identifier; ② reading storage space and camera for reading, storing, and taking photos for background image settings; ③ reading the application installation list for configuring shortcut launch and other services for applications; ④ using Accessibility Service permission (AccessibilityService API) to enable the Dynamic Pendant and other functions to obtain screen status and broadcasts, enabling proper display above the status bar, etc.
(The above will not be enabled by default and will only be used upon your explicit authorization to achieve specific functions or services, and you may also withdraw your authorization. It is particularly important to note that even with your authorization, we will not collect your information when not required by the relevant function or service.)
2. To provide you with services, product development, and service optimization: for example, when our system malfunctions, we will record and analyze the information generated during the system failure to optimize our services.
3. Security Assurance: for example, we will use your information for identity verification, security prevention, anti-fraud monitoring, archival backup, customer security services, and other purposes. For example, the security software you download or install will detect malicious programs or viruses, or identify fraudulent information for you.
4. Software Management: for example, conducting software certification, software upgrades, etc.

When you use services provided by such third parties within our services, you agree that they will directly collect and process your information. 10. Directory of Permission Usage for System Applications:
Methods and channels for disabling corresponding permissions or withdrawing consent to the collection of personal information: If you need to disable corresponding permissions, you can do so in APP Bottom -> More -> Authorization Settings or in System Settings -> App Management -> iScreen -> Permission Management -> Select to disable the corresponding permission.
(1) Reading content on SD card (Read storage/photo permission)
Permission Description: Provides the function of reading album image data in phone storage space.
Purpose: Allows the App or widget to read images, files, and other content from storage, primarily used to help you upload widget background images, covers, and other images, files, information, and similar functions.
(2) Access data network status ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
Permission Description: Obtains mobile phone data traffic, mobile phone WIFI network status function, WIFI scan results, etc.
Purpose: Used in X-Panel and other widgets to display WiFi switch, network connection status, and other information; used for analyzing potential issues during application usage.
(3) Access Internet network permission
Permission Description: Network access permission, used when the APP needs to access the network, for network requests, image loading, API calls, etc.
Purpose: Used when loading data upon APP startup and other operations.
(4) Read phone status
Permission Description: Provides the function of reading mobile phone device identifiers and other information (please rest assured that this permission cannot monitor or obtain any of your call content or information).
Purpose: We may use your device information to ensure that desktop widgets can operate properly on the phone desktop after exiting the APP, and for our affiliated and cooperative parties who have obtained your authorization or information legally provided to us, to determine account security, transaction security, conduct identity verification, service log information, identify illegal and non-compliant situations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures/security assurance and other core functions in accordance with the law.
(5) Boot auto-start RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
Permission Description: Starts the application or service upon device boot.
Purpose: Allows the App or desktop widgets to automatically start the desktop widget service after device boot to provide widget-related data, ensuring that widgets with time display functionality can refresh the time promptly; to allow you to experience the APP message offline reminder function (such as the Bestie Interaction widget, which can promptly receive text messages sent by friends, so that the latest messages sent by friends can be displayed on the Bestie widget on the phone desktop in a timely manner). When using "Shortcut" type widgets or other widgets with shortcut jump functions, users can choose to view downloaded applications and select an application, and perform associated startup and jump through the corresponding widget. To more comprehensively experience APP functions and provide higher quality services, after you agree to this Privacy Policy, the APP will, when necessary, enable the auto-start or associated startup function.
(6) Bluetooth permission BLUETOOTH/BLUETOOTH_ADMIN/BLUETOOTH_CONNECT
Permission Description: Obtains Bluetooth switch status, etc.
Purpose: Allows the App widget to obtain Bluetooth switch status, display relevant information in the X-Panel widget, and obtain headphone connection status and Bluetooth communication in the headphone pop-up window function.
(7) Obtain application list, application usage QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES, PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS
Permission Description: Obtains the application installation list and application usage on the phone.
Purpose: Obtains the application installation list for selecting apps to launch in shortcut widgets; used for providing personalized advertising and counting application usage duration, requiring manual user authorization.
(8) Camera permission CAMERA
Permission Description: Obtains functions for user phone album content, camera shooting, code scanning, video recording, etc.
Purpose: When users actively select "Take New Photo" or "Select Photo from Album" for background functions in widgets, wallpapers, and other modules, it is necessary to obtain user album photos for adding background images.
(9) Obtain network device hardware MAC address getMacAddress
Permission Description: Obtains device serial number, network device hardware address MAC, etc.
Purpose: We obtain MAC addresses to more authentically restore crash scenarios, provide data analysis services such as sharing attribution, so as to share messages with target devices and designated social accounts, provide anti-fraud services, and collect data such as gateway number retrieval error logs to provide statistical analysis service capabilities.
(10) Accessibility Service AccessibilityService API
Permission Description: Obtains accessibility permission to provide service support for users.
Purpose: We need to obtain your device's accessibility service permission to fully display Dynamic Pendant, Ambient Light and other functions on the status bar, receive device event feedback and create corresponding accessibility floating windows, providing users with functional services suitable for their usage scenarios; and when providing assistance to users or other visual/cognitive impaired persons, we need to request this permission. AccessibilityService API does not collect or share any data. If you do not wish us to obtain this permission, you may refuse the request and not use the relevant functions.
(11) Camera shooting function
Permission Description: Obtains video recording permission, providing users with support for custom video for the app.
Purpose: Through this permission, we can apply your recorded video content to featured function modules such as personalized widgets, exquisite wallpaper custom dynamic wallpapers, etc., bringing you a higher quality product usage experience. We undertake to invoke this permission only when you have explicitly authorized and actively used the relevant functions, and the collected information will be strictly used and protected in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the privacy policy.

(12) Vibration permission
Permission Description: Obtains vibration permission to enhance user interaction perception through action feedback response.
Purpose: Used for message notification alerts, action feedback response, and haptic feedback in gravity sensor interaction scenarios.
(13) Adjust battery optimization permission REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS
Permission Description: Requires manual user authorization to ignore battery optimization permission, allowing the application to run continuously in the background and preventing system sleep strategies from interrupting core processes. Users can disable this authorization in System Settings - App Management - iScreen - Advanced - Battery Optimization.
Purpose: To ensure the stability of core functions such as status bar beautification, widgets, and real-time refresh services, ensuring they operate as expected under system sleep strategies and preventing functional interruptions or delays caused by power optimization mechanisms.
(14) Foreground service FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC
Permission Description: Obtains foreground service permission to provide service support for users.
Purpose: Used to ensure the proper functioning of long-running tasks such as music playback in music-type widgets.
(15) Fingerprint recognition, identity verification USE_FINGERPRINT
Permission Description: Allows the application to invoke system-level identity verification functions (such as fingerprint, facial recognition, or lock screen password) for identity verification.
Purpose: When the app lock function detects multiple incorrect password entries, it automatically triggers system identity verification (fingerprint/face/lock screen password) to ensure that sensitive operations are performed by the device owner personally.
(16) Screen wake lock WAKE_LOCK
Permission Description: Requires user authorization for screen wake lock and background running permission, allowing the application to keep the device awake under specific scenarios. Users can disable this authorization in System Settings - App Management - iScreen - Advanced - Battery Optimization.
Purpose: To maintain wakefulness, background downloads, timed tasks, etc., ensuring the precise execution of scheduled reminders, periodic refresh tasks, and preventing system sleep from causing task delays or interruptions.
(17) Wallpaper-related permissions: Set Wallpaper (SET_WALLPAPER), Set Wallpaper Component (SET_WALLPAPER_COMPONENT), Bind Dream Service (BIND_DREAM_SERVICE), Set Wallpaper Size Hints (SET_WALLPAPER_HINTS). Permission Description: Requires user authorization for wallpaper management permissions to enable wallpaper setting, dynamic wallpaper component setting, and screensaver service interaction functions.
Purpose: Used for setting device home screen and lock screen static/dynamic wallpapers, achieving real-time rendering effects, and configuring wallpaper scaling ratio and size adaptation strategies to ensure complete and distortion-free wallpaper display on devices with different resolutions.
(18) Media playback control MEDIA_CONTENT_CONTROL
Permission Description: Allows cross-process control of other players' core actions (play/pause/skip track).
Purpose: Used for music-type widgets, ensuring that users' song switching/pausing/playing operations function properly.
(19) Notification permission android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Permission Description: Android 13 and above systems require obtaining user notification permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS). Users can disable this authorization at any time in System Settings - App Management - iScreen.
Purpose: Used for APP operational message push function, sending notification bar message reminders (such as event updates, system notifications, etc.) to the device after user authorization.
(20) Floating window permission SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW
Permission Description: Requires manual user authorization to obtain global floating window display. Users can disable this authorization at any time in System Settings - App Management - iScreen - Floating Window Permission.
Purpose: Used for implementing the normal display of status bar beautification sticker functions and voice interaction floating pop-up window widgets, ensuring that dynamic visual elements and interactive components can overlay on top of other application interfaces.

6. Account Cancellation

I. Children's Personal Information We May Collect
(I) We will strictly fulfill the obligations and responsibilities for protecting children's personal information as stipulated by laws and regulations, follow the principles of legitimate necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security assurance, and lawful use, and collect children's personal information only after obtaining the Guardian's consent:
1. In certain individual services, we may require users to provide personal birthday information or identify whether the user is a child based on the identity information provided by the user, and in accordance with laws and regulations, only allow children to continue using relevant iScreen services after obtaining Guardian consent.
2. When we identify a user as a child, we may collect the Guardian's contact information (such as mobile phone number, email address) and contact the Guardian to verify their guardianship relationship with the child. To better protect the child's rights and interests, we may also collect additional information from the Guardian (such as the Guardian's name, ID card, household registration booklet, or other proof of guardianship) to further verify the guardianship relationship between the Guardian and the child.
3. During a child's use of iScreen services, we may also collect other children's personal information. For details, please refer to Chapter 1 "What Information Do We Collect?" and Chapter 7 "Minor Information and Use" of the "iScreen Desktop Widget Privacy Policy." If we need to collect children's personal information beyond the above scope, we will obtain the Guardian's consent again.
(II) According to relevant laws and regulations, collection of children's information under the following circumstances does not require obtaining authorized consent from the child and/or Guardian:
(1) Related to national security and national defense security;
(2) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(3) For the protection of the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the information subject or other individuals when it is difficult to obtain the Guardian's consent;
(4) Where the information collected has been voluntarily disclosed to the public by the child or Guardian;
(5) Where information is collected from legally and publicly disclosed sources, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
(6) Necessary for executing a contract at the Guardian's request;
(7) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of iScreen services, such as discovering and handling iScreen service malfunctions;
(8) Where information is automatically retained and processed through computer information systems and it is impossible to identify that the retained and processed information belongs to children's personal information;
(9) Where academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest and de-identify the personal information contained in the results when providing academic research or descriptive results;
(10) Other circumstances provided by laws and regulations.
(III) Tips Regarding Children's Sensitive Personal Information
Please note that children's personal information constitutes sensitive personal information.
The children's information provided by children or Guardians or collected by us may contain children's sensitive personal information, such as ID document numbers, personal biometric identification information, bank account numbers, communication records and content, property information, credit investigation information, location trajectory, accommodation information, health and physiological information, and transaction information. Please exercise caution and pay attention to children's sensitive personal information. Guardians or children clicking to agree to these Guidelines, or children using/continuing to use iScreen services and submitting personal information, indicate that the Guardian agrees to our processing of children's sensitive personal information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in these Guidelines.
II. How We Use Children's Personal Information
We strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and our agreements with you, and use the collected information in accordance with these Guidelines and the "iScreen Desktop Widget Privacy Policy" to provide children with higher quality services.
1. We will use the collected children's personal information in accordance with the agreements in these Guidelines and to realize the functions of our products and/or services.
2. After collecting children's personal information, we will de-identify the data through technical means, and de-identified information will not be able to identify the subject. Please understand and agree, Guardians and children, that in such circumstances we have the right to use the de-identified information; and without disclosing children's personal information, we have the right to analyze the user database and utilize it commercially.
3. Please note that all personal information provided by children when using our products and/or services will, unless deleted or our collection is refused through system settings, continuously authorize us to use such information during the period of using our products and/or services.
4. We will compile statistics on the usage of our products and/or services and may share these statistical information with the public or third parties to demonstrate the overall usage trends of our products and/or services. However, such statistical information does not contain any identity identification information of children.
5. When displaying children's personal information, we will use methods including content replacement and anonymization to desensitize children's information to protect children's information security.
6. When we intend to use children's personal information for other purposes not specified in these Guidelines, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will inform the Guardian again and obtain consent before using the children's personal information.
III. Circumstances Under Which We May Share, Transfer, or Disclose Children's Personal Information
(I) Sharing
1. In general, we will not share children's personal information with any third party outside of iScreen, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Where prior explicit consent or authorization has been obtained from the Guardian;
(2) Where provision is necessary under applicable laws and regulations, legal proceedings, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
(3) Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, where provision is necessary to protect the interests, property, or safety of us, our affiliates or partners, children, other users, or the public from harm;
(4) Where sharing children's personal information is the only way to realize the core functions of our products and/or services or to provide services needed by children;
(5) Where necessary to handle disputes or conflicts between children and others at the Guardian's request;
(6) Where provision is in accordance with relevant agreements signed with Guardians and children (including online electronic agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;
(7) For use based on academic research;
(8) For use based on social public interests in compliance with laws and regulations.
2. We may share children's personal information with our affiliates. However, we will only share necessary children's personal information, subject to the purposes stated in these Guidelines and the "iScreen Desktop Widget Privacy Policy." If our affiliates need to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will seek the Guardian's authorized consent again.
3. We may share children's order information, account information, device information, and location information with partners and other third parties to ensure the successful completion of services provided to children. However, we will only share children's personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will only share children's personal information necessary for providing services. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared children's personal information for any other purposes. For example, companies we engage to provide third-party data statistics and analysis services may need to collect and access children's personal data for data statistics and analysis. In such cases, these companies must comply with our data privacy and security requirements. We will only share children's personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will only share children's personal information necessary for providing services.
With respect to companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share children's personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process children's personal information in accordance with our instructions, these Guidelines, the "iScreen Desktop Widget Privacy Policy," and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
4. To fulfill our obligations under these Guidelines and the "iScreen Desktop Widget Privacy Policy" or other agreements reached with Guardians and children, and to exercise our rights.
5. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, to comply with the law, protect the interests, property, or safety of us and our affiliates or partners, children, Guardians, or other iScreen users or the public from harm, such as preventing fraud and other illegal activities and reducing credit risk, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include information sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed for profit-making purposes in violation of the commitments made in these Guidelines.
6. In response to children's lawful needs or with the Guardian's authorized consent;
7. In response to the Guardian's lawful requests;
8. Provision based on social public interests in compliance with laws and regulations.
We will only share children's personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. With respect to companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will conduct security assessments and sign strict confidentiality agreements, requiring them to process the information in accordance with our instructions, these Guidelines, and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
1. As our business continues to develop, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to remain bound by this Policy. Otherwise, we will require such company or organization to seek authorization and consent from you anew.
We will not transfer children's personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except under the following circumstances:
1. Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining the Guardian's explicit consent, we will transfer children's personal information to other parties;
2. 1. Disclosing information designated by children or Guardians in a disclosure method agreed to by the Guardian;
2. Where laws and regulations require or mandatory administrative enforcement or judicial requirements necessitate the provision of children's information, we may disclose children's information based on the requested information type and disclosure method. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, when we receive such requests for information disclosure, we will require the recipient to produce the corresponding legal documents, such as subpoenas or investigation letters. We firmly believe that we should maintain as much transparency as possible regarding the information we are requested to provide, within the scope permitted by law. We carefully review all requests to ensure they have a legitimate basis and are limited to data that law enforcement agencies are legally entitled to obtain for specific investigation purposes.
(IV) Exceptions to Prior Authorized Consent for Sharing, Transferring, and Disclosing Information:
In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or disclosing children's information does not require prior authorized consent from the Guardian:
1. Related to national security and national defense security;
2. Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments and other judicial or administrative enforcement;
4. For the protection of the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of children or other individuals when it is difficult to obtain the Guardian's consent;
5. Information that children or Guardians have voluntarily disclosed to the public;
6. Where information is collected from legally and publicly disclosed sources, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
In accordance with legal provisions, sharing, transferring, or disclosing de-identified personal information, where it is ensured that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the information subject, does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information, and the storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification to or consent from the Guardian.
IV. How We Store and Protect Children's Personal Information
(I) Storage of Children's Personal Information
We will only store children's personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in these Guidelines and within the minimum period required by laws and regulations. If we terminate our services or operations, we will promptly cease activities involving the collection of children's personal information, notify Guardians in advance in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and delete or anonymize children's personal information after terminating services or operations, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.
(II) Protection of Children's Personal Information
1. Technical Measures
We will adopt security protection measures that meet industry standards, including establishing reasonable institutional norms and security technologies to prevent children's personal information from unauthorized access, use, or modification, and to avoid data damage or loss.
2. Institutional Measures
We implement the principle of least privilege for our staff, strictly setting information access permissions and controlling the scope of personnel with knowledge of children's personal information. Staff accessing children's personal information must obtain approval from the children's personal information protection officer or their authorized management personnel, record the access circumstances, and take technical measures to prevent illegal copying and downloading of children's personal information.

Guardians need to understand that the systems and communication networks used by children to access iScreen services may experience issues due to circumstances beyond our control.
Guardians and children must carefully safeguard their accounts, passwords, and other identity information. When children use iScreen services, we will identify their identity through accounts, passwords, and other identity information. Once Guardians and children disclose the aforementioned information, they may suffer losses and may experience adverse effects. If Guardians and children discover that their accounts, passwords, and/or other identity information may have been or have already been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take timely measures to avoid or reduce related losses.
V. Notifications and Changes
To provide you with a good user experience, we may revise these Guidelines from time to time. When the terms of these Guidelines change, we will notify you through announcements, notifications, or other appropriate means before the new guidelines take effect. Please carefully read the revised Guidelines. If the Guardian does not agree to such changes, they should require the child to stop using iScreen services; if the child continues to use iScreen services, it indicates that the Guardian has fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the revised Guidelines.
Such third-party social media or other services are operated by the relevant third parties. Your use of such third-party social media services or other services (including any information you provide to such third parties) shall be subject to the third party's own terms of service and information protection statements (rather than this Policy), and you need to carefully read their terms. This Policy applies only to the personal information we collect and does not apply to any services provided by third parties or third-party information usage rules. If you discover risks associated with these third-party social media or other services, we recommend you terminate the relevant operations to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Guidelines shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute between the parties regarding these Guidelines (including but not limited to the content and execution of the Guidelines), the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction and handling of the Siming District People's Court in Xiamen.
